I was reading another one of those Kobe - Jordan comparisons.
Someone tried to negate Kobe’s ASG scoring achievement by saying that Jordan did it over a shorter period of time (Jordan in 15 seasons while it’s now Kobe’s 16th season) buuuuuuuuut I looked it up and Kobe passed it in the same number of All-Star Games.

I really appreciate the fact that at the very moment that I am overcome with stress over all the work I have to do, I turn on the tv and ABC Family’s television premiere of The Lion King just happened to be on the scene where Timon and Pumbaa are telling Simba to “Hakuna Matata.”

I am a weakling.
SO I CAUGHT ANOTHER VIRUS.
It’s just a cold so why am I letting myself shut down entirely? I was ktfo’d for three days and I only got out of bed today to go to the health center to have them tell me that I’m not that sick.
I was going to go to class today but I seriously just want to get back into bed and sleep. Or at least do some catch up work instead.

I hate to be a big whiny baby...
…but I want to go home.
I just got back from California today and the one thing that I am sure of is that I am incredibly homesick. I did not want to leave and when I arrived, I wasn’t happy to be back. It took awhile but I realize that Southern California is where my heart is.
Freshman and sophomore year I used to say that only two things ever made me homesick — big family...
