Howl's Moving Castle
Hayao Miyazaki came out of retirement for this one.
I love this story and what it’s supposed to teach. Except for the one “Waaaah woe is me I’m sooooo plain” moment that Sophie has.
Billy Crystal as Calcifer, soooo love.
And then the fact that every time Howl goes raven form and it’s basically Christian Bale’s Batman voice. Hahaha I love that too.

New favorite item of The Breakfast Club trivia
The whole “reason why you’re in detention” segment of the movie was unscripted.
So you KNOW that was basically John Hughes asking the cast, “why would your character be in detention? …and ACTION!” Hahahaha such a perfect storm of perfect things and perfect people falling into place.
I need to watch it again knowing this piece of information.

Finished a journal today!
I started it during my first week of college and I filled up the last page today.
The last entry of the journal ended on a good note so I’m satisfied. I think the timing as far as where I feel I’m at right now is particularly poignant as well. Turning a new page introspectively, so-to-speak.
I have a completely different perspective than the girl who started the journal.

My Brother's Sense of Humor is so Dumb
I used to think I was the only one who understood enough to laugh but sometimes I laugh at him just because he’s my brother.
I noticed that his girlfriend laughs at his dumb jokes because she genuinely thinks they’re funny.
I find it fascinating.
